Erika is a second-generation Realtor who has years of real estate experience, along with growing up in a family culture of determination and excellence to bestow on those she serves. She has elevated her knowledge by continuing her education as a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), which enables her to be knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and a problem solver for her clients.

Licensed in both Pennsylvania and Florida Erika understands the complexities of the real estate market and, over the years Erika has built an incredible referral base of top Realtors in the Country to handle all of her clients real estate needs. Erika’s experience along with the training from her Broker, Maria Wells sets her apart in real estate knowledge. Her broker has held many leadership positions in the real estate industry. Maria’s most recent positions were; the elected 2019 Region 5 Vice President for the National Association of Realtors and, 2017 elected President of Florida Realtors, an 185,000-member organization. Maria also served on many vital committees on the national level including testifying to Congress on Flood insurance.
