Billy has over 25 years of leadership experience in business and nonprofit organizations. He works with organizations in the Lehigh Valley and globally in the areas of executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational culture and change as well as improving growth trends in organizations. Billy is also experienced in succession planning and has led a number small businesses through the complexities of ownership and leadership succession planning.

In addition to his role with Stark and The Center Consulting Group, he serves as the character coach for the Lehigh University Men’s Basketball team. Billy has assisted in the launch of a number of businesses and organizations and recently served as the president of Weather Trends International. Billy has an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, is married to his college sweetheart Cindy and he has two children, Julia and Bryce.
